Graduate with 3-4 yrs of experience in installation & commissioning of Gas & Oil fired Galvanizing Furnaces. Should have worked in OEM/Capital goods/Industrial Machinery. Excellent written & spoken communication skills.

Required Skills

• Applicant must have a good working knowledge of hot water boilers, burners (gas, oil & combination), fuel & air settings associated controls and electrical circuits and combustion.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and perform start-up and combustion tests.
• Knowledge of stack parameter settings for oxygen, carbon dioxide, excess air and efficiency
• Knowledge of various field instruments such as flame controls, thermocouples, pressure switches, flow meters, actuators, level switches etc
• Knowledge of PLC panel maintenance and troubleshooting.
• OEM experience will be preferred

Responsibilities and Duties

• Commissioning, tuning and troubleshooting of furnaces with oil and gas burners.
• Mostly combustion and commissioning work.
• After sales service
• New product development.

Qualification and Experience:

• BE/Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum experience of 3 to 4 years with burner tuning and commissioning experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS office tools such as MS Word, Excel etc.
